🛍️ Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (herbal, personal care, and consumables), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product

You received a damaged or defective item

The product is expired upon arrival
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

A valid proof of issue (photo/video) is mandatory.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal dislike of taste/scent or change of mind once the product has been opened.

📦 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Once your refund request is received, we will assess the case and inform you of the next steps.
💸 Refund & Replacement Process
If your return is approved:

You may choose between a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (processed to the original payment method).

Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after approval.

In case you have chosen for a replacement, we request you to kindly bear patience, as the replaced product shall be delivered within 3-5 business days.

If you prefer to receive store credit instead of a refund or replacement, it will be issued only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and approved. Once accepted, the store credit will be added to your account within 24 hours.
Note: Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued and must be used within this period.
📦 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect product), we will bear the shipping costs.

For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
